Conveyancing Legal Secretary

The role: You will provide essential support to conveyancing fee earners, ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently. Your duties will include: Preparing and drafting legal documentation Managing Land Registry applications and related correspondence Maintaining accurate files and records Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other third parties What we’re looking for: Strong experience as a legal secretary within residential conveyancing (minimum 1 year). Good knowledge of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Professional communication skills with both clients and colleagues.
