Im working closely with an established Dorset based Estate Agency looking for a Valuation Manager for their business.

Whilst there are other aspects, the role is predominantly to convert appointments and win instructions for the business and help grow the register of property the agency has to sell.

The role would suit either a very experienced Valuer or a Senior Sales Negotiator.
