The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

You will be the first point of contact for all employees, suppliers and couriers to ensure a secure, safe and welcoming environment for all visitors.

Facilities and Building:

  • Greet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner ensuring they feel welcomed whilst maintaining security
  • Manage staff access passes including temporary passes
  • Distribute incoming post across all 5 floors to central points
  • Accept incoming post, parcels and boxes
  • Liaise with couriers managing collections
  • Book carriers, couriers and taxis, as required
  • Manage all Direct to Desk orders for all offices
  • Maintain who’s who with staff contact details
  • Manage sign in iPad contacts to ensure it is regularly updated
  • Manage the workspace inbox

Events and Activations:

  • Coordinate seasonal office decorations for the office
  • Distribute office and event food in a timely manner to relevant sites
  • Assist with the preparation of all activations and events for the office
  • Completing SIA-approved training courses
