The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Due to continued growth in the team, EnerMech are looking to recruit a Field Engineer to join our Pipelines and Subsea department. This is an offshore staff position where you will also be expected to work onshore for the pre-work scopes then go offshore to execute and oversee the work being carried out.

Other main duties will include:

  • Lead the task in conjunction with Onshore support the pre-mobilisation function testing of equipment, for execution of one or more Pipelines and Subsea pre-commissioning service lines e.g. Pigging, Hydrotesting, Dewatering, Drying, Umbilical testing etc.
  • Carry out any work pack requirements and compilation of data.
  • Provide client support and leadership onsite via a detailed technical understanding of Pipelines and Subsea services.
  • Responsible for the safe and productive running of the shift. (Onshore / Offshore)
  • Ensure all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance programs and practices are followed to ensure maximum up time for all EnerMech equipment.
  • Records and is responsible for all shift paperwork on site for supply to client rep and for return to office.

The Requirements:

To be successful for this role you will hold relevant Offshore experience in a Supervisory role. You must have a technical knowledge and understanding of our Pipelines & Subsea work scopes e.g. Pigging, Hydrotesting, Dewatering, Drying, Umbilical testing etc. You will be able to understand P&IDs / Isometric drawings / Pipeline Calculations and hold good IT skills. Strong communication skills are required as this will be a client focal point position.
