The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Retentions Executive to join our growing team. This is a vital role in supporting our continued success, where you'll work closely with patients and internal teams to ensure high satisfaction, improve retention rates, and help shape an exceptional customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing patients
- Proactively follow up with patients who may be at risk of leaving or disengaging
- Identify opportunities to re-engage patients through tailored communication and support
- Manage patient feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with clinical, customer care, and marketing teams to improve the patient journey
- Track and report on retention metrics and outcomes
- Support and contribute to team initiatives and process improvements
