Edward Mann is partnering with a leading business in the Property sector to recruit a Client Services Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to property owners.
Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive and customer-centric professional to join our client's team as a Client Relation & Contracts Account Executive. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for property owners, guiding them through post-sale services, coordinating with vendors, and supporting all aspects of property onboarding. You’ll also help relaunch and oversee a short-term rental platform in the Alpine region. This is a varied and hands-on role requiring strong relationship management, communication skills, and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main liaison for property owners and developers.
- Provide timely, professional responses to inquiries and service requests.
- Keep clients informed on progress and updates related to their properties.
- After-Sales & Vendor Management
- Promote and coordinate after-sales services, connecting owners with reliable vendors.
- Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring high standards of service.
- Identify and negotiate with new vendors to broaden service offerings.
- Property Management Support
- Support owners with utility setup, VAT registration, material selection, key handovers, and other administrative needs.
- Collaborate with property managers to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and service activities.
- Issue Resolution & Support
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operational teams to resolve owner concerns.
- Mediating disputes between owners and developers professionally and diplomatically.
- Marketing & Business Development
- Work closely with sales and marketing to improve service offerings.
- Support CRM initiatives and strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Financial & Administrative Oversight
- Manage invoice processing and payments related to after-sales services.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure efficient financial operations.
- Short-Term Rental Platform Management
- Lead the relaunch of a short-term rental platform in the Alpine region.
- Build partnerships with local stakeholders to expand and improve offerings.
- Ensure an excellent guest and owner experience on the platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluency in French is essential.
- Experience in real estate, property management, or client services.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.
- Strong commercial awareness and a sales-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel, especially to France.
