Are you a bright, articulate and capable Team Assistant with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a corporate environment? Are you a confident and clear communicator, able to liaise with people at all levels? If you have an interest in climate change and a natural ability for organising and prioritising, we’d love to hear from you.

Our client is a leading climate change organisation and they are looking for a Team Assistant to support 3 Directors. You will work closely with an Executive Assistant who will be a great sounding board and mentor.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Coordinating diaries, meetings and travel
  • Liaising with global stakeholders
  • Creating reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts at all levels
  • Organising lunches, dinners and conference calls
  • Ad hoc support to Operations, Finance and HR
