A vacancy has arisen for a Peripatetic Customer Service Advisor to deliver an excellent front-line contact service to customers of the Council. Whilst the postholder will have an agreed base, there is a requirement for the successful candidate to provide cover at other local Service Points. This is a unique and varied role, in a fast-paced environment, dealing with customer queries by telephone, face-to-face and via the website. The role offers the opportunity to gain knowledge of a number of Council services.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation. Customer Services operate from 08:45 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.
