Reperio Human Capital is a niche IT recruitment consultancy, headquartered in Belfast City Centre, that focuses on the growing technology industry in Ireland and the United States. Due to recent expansion, we are actively seeking a Compliance Officer to join our team in Belfast. This is an exciting new role where you will become a vital member of our internal operations team, playing a key role in our business.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all contractor and client contracts are legally sound. You shall also assist in tasks to maintain the accuracy of data on our ATS/CRM database.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Review contractor and client contracts, where required, to ensure they are legally sound.
  • Assist in & support the onboarding process for all new sales placements (ensuring all information and documentation requirements are accurately met).
  • Assist in compliance practices with regards to recruitment industry regulations (such as GDPR).
  • Maintain and manage the compliance reporting systems.
  • Investigate and assist in the resolution of any compliance breaches.
  • Assist with the administration & data entry tasks for recruitment placements, across our Irish & US business entities.
  • Support the administration of ongoing contract placements and contract extensions.
  • Assist with onboarding of new Contractors.
  • Liaise with the internal Admin team to deal with additional ad hoc requirements and business compliance.
  • Assist with facilities management, and ensure smooth running of the office and communal areas.
  • Assist in the setup and onboarding of new members of staff within Reperio.
  • Oversee our bespoke CRM system, including operating as the point of contact for ATS/CRM support issues & logging support tickets where required.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least one year of previous experience working in a recruitment or other professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and react to competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven time management, organisational and process management skills.
