My client, a highly respected and ranked law firm in Belfast, is looking to bring in an experienced commercial lawyer at Director/Partner level. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established practice that boasts a loyal client base and a strong reputation across the Northern Irish market.
The Role
This role is ideal for a senior commercial lawyer ready to take on a leadership position or already operating at that level. You will play a central role in driving forward the commercial practice, with the full backing of an experienced and supportive partnership team. There is a genuine appetite to grow the team, so this position would suit someone who enjoys mentoring and is keen to help shape the future direction of the department. While a background purely in commercial law is more than sufficient, experience in corporate transactions would be an added bonus though it’s by no means essential.
What You’ll Need
- Solid experience in commercial law, ideally with exposure to clients across a range of sectors.
- A strategic mindset and an interest in helping to grow and develop a team.
- Strong leadership qualities, whether you’re already at Partner level or ready to step up.
- A collaborative and client-focused approach.
Why Join?
- Ranked firm with an excellent reputation and existing client base.
- Hybrid working and a mature, flexible culture that promotes work-life balance.
- Attractive remuneration and genuine partnership opportunity.
- A chance to shape the commercial offering and make a tangible impact.
