Are you a seasoned Loss Adjuster or Loss Assessor looking for a change? Ready to advocate for policyholders, not insurers? This could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

Who We Are

Property Claim Assist is one of the UK’s leading firms of Loss Assessors. Our experienced team is dedicated to supporting policyholders through the insurance claims process—ensuring they receive the settlement they’re truly entitled to.

The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a driven and experienced Loss Assessor or Loss Adjuster to join our team in the Southwest of England. This is a chance to step away from the constraints of working for insurers and truly make a difference in the lives of policyholders.

One of our board directors made this very move after over two decades in the insurance and loss adjusting sector. He now channels his expertise into transforming the customer claims experience—offering policyholders clarity, fairness, and unwavering support. His journey reflects the core mission of our firm: working solely for the benefit of the insured.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with prospective clients across the Southwest region
  • Explain the value of appointing a Loss Assessor
  • Manage claims from instruction to settlement
  • Deliver exceptional service that prioritises the client’s best interests

This is a partly sales-focused role, requiring regional travel and occasional weekend work. In return, we offer a relaxed, no-corporate-BS environment where you’ll report directly to the directors—no middle management.

What You’ll Bring

  • Background in loss assessing or loss adjusting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Willingness to travel and work flexibly
  • CILA or CII qualifications are a bonus, but not essential

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive salary and commission package (OTE £65k+ in year one)
  • Company car or car allowance
  • Flexible working hours
  • Direct access to leadership and genuine career development

Ready to Make the Switch?

If you’re ready to leave behind the corporate structure and make a real impact in a client-focused environment, send your CV to us today.
