As part of our continued growth journey, we are now looking for an outstanding leader to drive our Rail & Civils division forward.

The Role: In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of our Rail & Civils recruitment services, leading from the front to deliver ambitious growth plans. You will combine a strong commercial mindset with deep sector expertise, building high-performing teams, strengthening client partnerships, and securing new opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a business strategy to expand our Rail & Civils recruitment services.
  • Develop & maintain strong client relationships.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders across rail and civil engineering projects.
  • Financial & Commercial Management: Take ownership of divisional P&L, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a dynamic recruitment team, driving performance and results.
  • Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, positioning O'Neill & Brennan as a go-to partner in Rail & Civils recruitment.
