Are you a curious, analytical thinker with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability? We’re looking for a motivated graduate to join us as a Market Research & Insight Analyst, helping shape the future of a fast-growing business at the forefront of the energy transition.
This is a unique opportunity to turn data into actionable insight, influencing key strategic decisions across multiple business areas. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, helping us better understand our customers, competitors, and the evolving energy landscape.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and deliver market and customer research projects, turning findings into compelling insight.
- Monitor trends, behaviours and industry developments to support strategy and innovation.
- Collaborate across departments to inform product development, campaigns and customer experience.
- Build segmentation models, customer personas and monthly reporting dashboards.
What we’re looking for:
- A degree in a relevant subject (e.g. Business, Politics, Social Sciences, Geography, Journalism, Marketing etc).
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to turn data into clear stories.
- A self-starter who’s comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for sustainability and a genuine interest in the energy transition.
