What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the full recruitment life cycle for public accounting roles in both the UK and U.S. markets
  • Building and maintaining relationships with accounting firms and candidates at all levels
  • Head hunting, sourcing, and engaging top-tier candidates through proactive outreach and market insight
  • Developing new business and growing client accounts with a consultative, strategic approach
  • Staying informed on industry trends, seasonal demand, and market movements across UK and U.S. accounting sectors
  • Delivering a high-touch, advisory service to both clients and candidates

What We’re Looking For

We are open to two types of candidates:

  • Experienced Recruiters:
    • 1+ years in a 360-recruitment role (professional services preferred)
    • Proven billing success and strong business development skills
    • Commercially aware, target-driven, and a strong communicator
  • Professional Services Background:
    • Experience in a client-facing role within public accounting, audit, tax, or similar professional services
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
    • Motivated by high earnings and rapid career progression
    • Interest in U.S. markets or international recruitment is a plus
