What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the full recruitment life cycle for public accounting roles in both the UK and U.S. markets
- Building and maintaining relationships with accounting firms and candidates at all levels
- Head hunting, sourcing, and engaging top-tier candidates through proactive outreach and market insight
- Developing new business and growing client accounts with a consultative, strategic approach
- Staying informed on industry trends, seasonal demand, and market movements across UK and U.S. accounting sectors
- Delivering a high-touch, advisory service to both clients and candidates
What We’re Looking For
We are open to two types of candidates:
- Experienced Recruiters:
- 1+ years in a 360-recruitment role (professional services preferred)
- Proven billing success and strong business development skills
- Commercially aware, target-driven, and a strong communicator
- Professional Services Background:
- Experience in a client-facing role within public accounting, audit, tax, or similar professional services
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Motivated by high earnings and rapid career progression
- Interest in U.S. markets or international recruitment is a plus
