As a Proclaim Developer, you'll play a vital role in maintaining, developing, and enhancing the firm's Proclaim case management system to support business growth and efficiency. You'll work closely with stakeholders across departments, contributing to a range of exciting projects while helping to shape the digital future of the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain workflows, screens, and processes within Proclaim
- Create and amend reports and document templates
- Integrate Proclaim with third-party systems and APIs
- Provide system support and troubleshoot issues
- Work on automation to improve internal efficiencies
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to gather and deliver business requirements
- At least 3 years experience as a Proclaim developer
- Strong understanding of case management systems
- Previous legal industry experience (Medical legal is a bonus)
- Good experience of SQL
- 28 days + bank holiday
- Ability to purchase and sell 5 days holiday
- Death in service cover (Salary x4)
- 5% pension matched by company
- Excellent training and career progression - Potential progression to a more senior position within the company
