The Buy to Let Mortgage Administrator role:

  • As a specialist buy to let Mortgage Administrator for the brokerage, you will have an unparalleled knowledge and passion for the buy to let market as you will be handling complex buy to let, HMO, semi-commercial, high net worth, and portfolio buy to let cases.
  • Assessing the validity of documents and organising them to a level where we have all the required paperwork to compliantly progress the case.
  • Keying accurate data to lenders and supplying relevant information to support lending decisions.
  • Liaising and communicating with clients, lenders and their underwriters, solicitors and estate agents as required in the pursuit of a mortgage offer and ultimately - completion.
  • Helping our busy team of mortgage brokers manage the clients’ expectations.
  • Answering clients calls in a polite and professional telephone manner.

The Buy to Let Mortgage Administrator package:

  • Hybrid Working or Remote if you have complex BTL mortgage admin experience.
  • The office is in Southport.
  • Basic Salary up to £28k.
  • Up to £5k performance incentive.
  • Pension contribution.
