Overview: We are working with a leading R&D tax consultancy firm seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment, where you will help drive business development and growth in the R&D tax sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities within the R&D tax space.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the R&D tax process.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed personal sales targets by securing new business and driving revenue growth.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients receive the best possible service and results.
- Reporting: Regularly track and report on sales performance and pipeline development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within the R&D tax, financial services, or professional services sectors.
- Strong understanding of the R&D tax credit system and how it benefits businesses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior decision-makers.
