Are you ready to join a dynamic TravelTech firm that's revolutionizing the premium travel services sector? Competing with industry giants like American Express, this PE-backed company is generating £60 million in annual revenue and is seeking visionary leaders to elevate their journey.
We are in search of seasoned Senior Product Managers or Growth Managers to refine and enhance engagement frameworks, driving user engagement and retention. As a Senior Product Manager, you will develop sophisticated strategies to engage with end users, aiming to monetize interactions through membership and loyalty programs. You will formulate and implement strategies to attract and retain users, focusing on reducing churn and uncovering new commercial opportunities. Additionally, you will partner with marketing, engineering, and platform product managers to spearhead user engagement campaigns and elevate user experience.
To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record in leading engagement and loyalty initiatives. You should possess the ability to craft and drive comprehensive strategies for user engagement and loyalty. Technical proficiency with tools such as Salesforce Marketing, FullStory, JIRA, and Confluence is essential. Experience working across departments, including marketing and engineering, to implement engagement strategies is crucial. Strong leadership skills, capable of managing a team and driving organizational change, are also required.
In return, we offer a competitive salary ranging from £90k to £110k, along with performance-based incentives.
