This is an entry level job for someone with good IT hardware skills and a full UK drivers licence, living to the South / South East of London area.
The role will involve travelling in the company van to various retail shops across towns like Bromley, Maidstone, Redhill etc to conduct on-site assessments and resolve issues relating to their EPOS and business systems including networks and back office servers.
This involves taking photographic evidence of issues found and then compiling the information into reports. Reporting back to the helpdesk and management team and raising orders to undertake the repairs.
This is a Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 working week, but may require occasional weekend work if required (paid as overtime).
Starting salary is £24200 + £1350 Outer London Allowance + Co Van with personal usage. Full time PAYE role with pension, paid holidays and private health care.
