A global legal organisation with a strong UK presence is seeking an experienced IT Service Lifecycle Manager to join its collaborative and forward-thinking IT function. What you'll be doing:

  • Significant experience (7+ years) in IT Service Management roles, including 3+ years in leadership or managerial positions.

  • Proven ability to manage services and teams in complex, matrixed environments.
