We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading provider of mental health services, for a Lead Occupational Therapist to join their dedicated team at a state-of-the-art facility based in Bexhill-on-Sea.
About the Role
As the Lead Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in shaping and delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions for individuals experiencing complex mental health challenges. You will lead a team of OT professionals, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop and supervise the occupational therapy team.
- Assess and deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to individual client needs.
- Contribute to service development and innovation in therapy provision.
- Act as a key member of the senior clinical team, supporting strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with clinical governance standards and policies.
Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration.
