A rare opportunity has arisen for a Food & Beverage Administrator to join our busy F&B Team! As Food & Beverage Administrator you will support the Food and Beverage Venue Managers in the day-to-day operations of the hotel in accordance with company standards, mission statement, vision and values.

What you will be doing:

  • To work with Venue Managers to effectively manage the payroll system and ensure all reports are completed in a timely manner.
  • To work with Venue Managers to ensure INES system is monitored and all potential candidates are scheduled for interview and all colleague reviews are scheduled and actioned.
  • To work with Venue Managers to ensure that VOG is monitored and reviewed in relation to guest experience and reports are compiled for use by Venue managers in training and development.
  • To work closely with the Events and Reservations teams during special events (School holidays, Easter, Christmas etc) and to coordinate the Food & Beverage initiatives.
  • Responsible for maintaining records of purchase and accruals within the F&B department.
  • Responsible to ensure that all training including new hire, corporate training programmes, statutory trainings are conducted and recorded in a timely manner.
  • To respond to guest feedback where applicable and highlight any development needs to venue managers in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for undertaking and coordinating projects assigned with direction from the F&B Manager from start to finish with constant follow up reports.
  • Responsible for attending and representing the F&B Division at meetings.
  • Attending the weekly Food & Beverage meetings, assembling and issuing the minutes of the meeting.
  • To assist Venue Managers in the preparation and analysis of financial information such as forecasts, month end information and budgets.
  • To assume any other short term responsibility as assigned by the Food and Beverage Director.

Your experience and skills include:

  • Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft skills.

Your team and working environment:

  • Working in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Shifts will be during the day, evening and weekend.
  • Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
