About The Role: At AO, we’re passionate about great service, not only to our customers but also our suppliers and stakeholders! As a Manufacturer Quality Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of making sure our suppliers are delivering top-notch service. You’ll keep a close eye on supplier performance (including spotting any faulty appliances), listen in on calls to see how both suppliers and our agents are doing, and stay up to date with any changes to manufacturer SLAs and our own internal processes. Communication is key—you’ll be sharing results with teams across the business, feeding back to suppliers and agents, and working together to improve where needed. You’ll also be the go-to contact for any escalations from the contact centre, support supplier performance reviews with useful insights, and lend a hand with day-to-day admin tasks.

Here’s What You Can Expect To Be Doing:

  • Monitoring the quality of supplier performance
  • Listening to manufacturer related calls to understand supplier and agent performance
  • Keep up to date with changes in manufacturer SLA & AO process requirements
  • Responsible for communicating results internally and to feeding back to suppliers & agents, gaining buy in and working together to move forwards
  • Liaise with other departments within AO to communicate out processes and change as and when required.
  • Be a contact regarding any escalated issues
