We're looking for a Catering Manager who thrives on delivering outstanding food and exceptional dining experiences. If so, we have the perfect role for you working for our Eurest team at SNAP PLC.
As our Catering Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the breakfast, lunch along with vending service at our client's site. At Eurest, we understand the power of food from super-fresh ingredients to cutting-edge dining spaces, our experience-led contract catering solutions are all about creating a positive impact.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Comply with all client and company Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times
- Ensure all displays, counters, and seating areas meet both company and legal health and hygiene standards
- Provide support to the culinary team in the kitchen as needed
- Complete, maintain, and update all Food Safety and Health & Safety documentation
- Oversee and ensure the completion of mandatory training for all team members
- Champion the implementation of all company and unit profit protection procedures
- Conduct and supervise stocktaking procedures, minimizing waste risk
- Actively promote and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products to customers and clients
- Manage all financial transactions during shifts, ensuring compliance with Profit Protection Procedures and proper documentation
- Investigate and address any health and safety concerns
- Supervise food preparation and production, ensuring adherence to brand standards
- Ensure all company marketing materials are current and aligned with brand standards
- Analyze and effectively manage unit costs
- Monitor and manage gross profit (GP)
- Ensure accurate input and maintenance of cost and sales records
About You:
- Previous experience in a Catering Manager role, preferably within a contract catering environment
- Proven ability to drive innovation and sales
- Strong financial understanding, with experience in stock control and budget management
