Jobstore are recruiting for an Office Manager who is well experienced in Logistics and Haulage Management to join a niche, exciting and rapidly growing business based in the North West. We are looking for someone who can oversee the whole logistics operations and is highly organised, confident, and decisive in a very busy office environment.
The right applicant will be responsible for managing all necessary paperwork, export documentation, and compliance, ensuring smooth and efficient truck collections and deliveries across the UK and Europe. We require someone with strong leadership skills, the ability to resolve conflicts, and a calm, professional manner. You will be working with a variety of stakeholders, including drivers, suppliers, and customers, so exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Key responsibilities will be:
- Logistics Coordination: Organising truck deliveries, scheduling shipments, and tracking deliveries to ensure smooth operations.
- Documentation & Compliance: Handling all necessary paperwork, including export documentation, customs requirements, and legal compliance.
