The key role of a Community Sport and Health Officer (CSHO) is to initiate behaviour change in residents with regards to engagement in sport and physical activity across local communities. You will engage with training that will develop and enhance your coaching skills and include a lifeguard qualification. The L3 Qualification also includes the development of knowledge skills and behaviours in a range of areas including: Safeguarding qualification Understanding social barriers.
