An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Electrical Estimator with minimum 5 years' experience to join a specialist M&E contractor that is continuing to increase their headcount and project base. In this role you will be responsible for accurately assessing project costs by analyzing tender documents, specifications, and drawings for electrical services.
You will use your commercial and communication skills to effectively collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes, identify potential risks, and suggest value-engineering solutions. As Estimator you will also review contract terms, prepare competitive bids, and support the transition to the project team upon successful tender award.
