Liberty Recruitment Group is delighted to be working with our client in the search for an HR Assistant to join the team at their Head Office on the outskirts of Fareham. This role is offered on a permanent basis and offers a salary of circa £30,000 depending on experience. Reporting into a fantastic Head of HR there is a real opportunity to learn and develop in this role.

HR Assistant responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with various HR queries throughout the business
  • Supporting the HR manager with various capability investigations, including grievance and disciplinary
  • Reviewing and updating job descriptions
  • Monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation
  • Using HR information systems to access, input and compile data
  • Identifying development needs

For this HR Assistant role, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • HR experience and Employment legislation exposure
  • Have a driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Be comfortable working in a busy corporate environment
  • You will be proactive and able to work on your own initiative
  • Confident user of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
