£27,000 - £30,000 + Uncapped Commission + Benefits (OTE Y1 £40,000) (OTE Y2 £60,000) (OTE Y3 £100,000)
The company is an international search firm specialising in leadership search across Financial Services, Insurance and Legal sectors in the UK, Europe & North America. Joining as a Headhunter, you will receive extensive training and have the opportunity to work across all sector practices on 6 weekly rotations. You will then progress into a Consultant role, becoming a market expert in your chosen sector. The firm has experienced impressive growth since their management buyout in 2021 and are now in the process of establishing their first US office in New York.
The team foster a collaborative environment and are big believers in rewarding hard work with incentives including monthly social events, lunch clubs, holiday incentives and sports and fitness events!

The Role:
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates and clients over the phone
- Developing and maintaining key relationships with candidates and clients
- Arranging interviews, managing the offer process, gaining leads and taking references
- Delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience
- Advertising job roles and requirements through the use of Social Media and the best technology to build your network
- Managing multiple job opportunities for your clients
The Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 degree from university
- Ambition and a willingness to learn
- Extra-curricular achievements or commercial experience shown through internships, part-time jobs or sporting achievements
- Inherent competitive nature
- Exceptional communication skills
