UPDATE: RISE trainee engagement session

On Tuesday 30th July, Vistry Group hosted an engagement event for the new RISE trainee cohort who will be joining Vistry in September.

The trainees were provided with a Lego pack for the event as an ice breaker to help get to know each other better prior to meeting at the welcome week.

Those in attendance completed a series of individual and group activities which included; build, something that reminded them of holiday, the tallest skyscraper and an animal that they either liked or that they resonated with.

They produced a host of different builds from honey bears, sausage dogs, bowls of pasta, palm trees and lions.

Those enrolled onto the RISE Programme are supported to complete an initial Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship, before potentially progressing onto a Degree Apprenticeship. 

The RISE Programme is ideally geared towards a Trainee with no experience in the Construction industry but meets the entry requirements of enrolling onto the apprenticeship.

The trainees will be joining our regional offices across the country specialising in either Construction, Commercial or Design & Technical roles.

At the end of the event, the trainees were provided with more information on what to expect during their welcome week.
