This is a fabulous role for an experienced Private PA used to working within a very busy UHNW household with children and fully staffed. Minimum 6 years + experience mostly within an UHNW household (Essential). You will have exceptional communication skills and top household management guiding and mentoring the staff. Well spoken and presented is essential and a top command of English written and spoken (degree preferred). Someone who is used to a very busy role with a big "to do" list that is updated daily/weekly and you are the one that keeps ahead of the game with this list.
A lovely family, very inclusive and warm (couple with 4 children) with a fully staffed residence in Kensington and Cotswolds Estate. You will oversee the Cotswolds residence and visit for 1 - 2 days every month.
The role is based within the household working closely with the Principals to create a harmonious and well run home & lifestyle.
- Managing refurbishments and contractors with comparison quotes obtained.
- Dealing with household bills and purchasing household items.
- Researching when needed.
- Lead and manage the household staff and guiding/assisting when required.
- Able to build relationships quickly and lead by example, giving alternative examples and ideas that could work.
- Deal with all paperwork for the staff and staff rotas.
- Arrange all international and national travel including flights, cars, hotels etc.
- Happy to take on ad hoc projects always keeping total confidentiality.
- Assist with Family events, celebrations & parties (occasionally required over the weekend).
- Deal with all household papers/correspondence and be first point of contact for the family.
Discreet with your own gravitas humour and understanding this is an ideal role for a successful and experienced Private PA who is happy with some Chief of Staff Duties as the family may expand on their purchases/requirements over the next couple of years. They need someone very connected to their role who will give their best and can be relied upon. Top package + bonus.
