An award winning Design Engineers are looking for a Team Administrator to support the teams in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
You will be able to be based out of either location, but will be expected to travel to the other office one day a week.
Working hybrid 3 days in the office with the opportunity to work from home for two days a week. The working hours are 9-5 but they could offer some flexibility for the right candidate.
You will be an experienced Administrator with a great eye for detail and a preference for working in a friendly team and have ideally gained some experience in an engineering, construction or building services company.
Duties will include:
- Document production and editing/formatting
- Preparation of presentations
- Producing invoices for clients
- Assisting with document production and the process for Bids
- Coordinate and organise network events
- General admin, organising meetings and taking minutes (not formal)
- Create social media and marketing
This is a varied role, in a lovely team. The company are a leading employer and have won many awards around their people development.
