We're looking for a senior level marketing professional who can help them with their ambitious growth plans by owning and delivering on all marketing channels. We're looking for someone with a background in performance marketing as this is a key channel for them, however we are also looking for brand experience to complement this and drive a full funnel strategy - a strategy you'll develop and own.
The role will involve:
- Leading a team of 5 across paid media, UX/UI, social media, brand and digital PR
- Refining and owning the full marketing strategy
- Turning the strategy into a clear plan with initiatives, KPIs and allocated ownership
- Driving growth, scaling performance and increasing brand awareness
- Working closely with the external SEO agency to drive results
- Following a data led, test and learn type approach, finding opportunities for growth
- Devising a plan to improve CRO, retargeting, email automation and retention
- Collaborating on social and influencer partnerships with the Brand Marketing Manager
- Reporting and working closely with the board and various other internal teams
Projects will include:
- Performance marketing growth strategy - scaling, improving and channel expansion
- International market expansion - 4 core markets with room to scale and grow to 15+
- Marketing automation - Looking at the customer journey, CRM and lead generation
- Creation of customer retention and referral schemes
- Developing a CRO testing programme
