We are currently recruiting for a Process Operator Trainer for a well-established technical training provider, providing high quality training to adult learners and corporate clients. You will be trained to deliver qualifications within Process Operations to apprentices. You will be a time served process operator with a desire to pass on your technical knowledge and skills to other process operators.
THE ROLE OF PROCESS OPERATOR TRAINERTo deliver (by teaching, training and holistic assessment methods) Process Operator accredited training courses. To carry out day to day duties/works associated with successful course delivery: preparing practical bays in workshop, remedial actions, responding to any technical queries from clients. To maintain best possible relations with clients and companies.
We are looking for applicants that are self-motivated, a team player and have a 'hands on approach' to work within this rewarding environment.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:- Experience as a time served process operator
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to check work
- Self-motivated, able to work under own initiative and without supervision
- Excellent time management skills to ensure required tasks are monitored and prioritised
- Ability to coach and influence a range of audiences effectively
- Excellent decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to be flexible when required
£35800k starting salary (Mon - Fri, 8.30am-4.30pm, early finish on a Friday). Excellent Company Benefits Package and genuine career development opportunities.
