Our client, a successful North East Manufacturer, is currently looking for an Installation Manager to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

About the Installation Manager Role

The Installation Manager will lead and manage the national installations department, ensuring all projects meet client expectations in terms of quality, budget, and timelines. This role requires close coordination with project and manufacturing teams to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate and plan installation teams across the UK and Eire.
  • Supervise installation team activities, including deliveries, fixing instructions, and PPE provision.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and manage recruitment for installation staff.
  • Drive ISO9001 compliance and ensure all staff understand their contributions to quality objectives.
  • Monitor labour costs, analyse and report on estimated vs. actual times, and provide feedback to the Commercial team.

About You – Installation Manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing national installation projects, with strong leadership and organisational skills. Other requirements include:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective leadership and management abilities.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of off-site management.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage data.
  • Experience in national rollout coordination.
