The Role
- Reporting to the Quality Director you will have the following duties:
- Lead the Quality Team to support the business needs and maintain full focus on the Quality Team's development.
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvements to the plant's quality management system.
- Drive Quality core tools throughout the automotive manufacturing business.
The Person
- Educated to degree level in a manufacturing or engineering discipline you will have the following experience:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Trained in IATF16949 lead auditor preferred.
- Significant leadership experience.
