We are recruiting for a Credit Controller to join our team at our Caerphilly Head Office. This is a varied role where you will work on both our UK and European Ledgers.

As Credit Controller you will:

  • Collect finances and resolve account queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
  • Raise sales invoices and issue credit notes
  • Manage debt recovery and negotiate the recovery of funds
  • Work closely to help with coordinating the debts of existing creditors
  • Maintain and build close links with all of our customers to ensure the smooth running of accounts and encourage timely recovery of payments
