A new role has opened for a Security Architect (Microsoft) to join a Global consultancy on a contract basis. The contract runs till the end of November with extensions likely. You would be required to work 3 days on-site and 2 days work from home from one of their main offices in either Manchester, Birmingham or Sheffield.

The Role

In this role your responsibilities will cover security architecture and design, governance, risk management, and leadership as you will be acting as the primary leader within this program of work. Responsibilities will include:

  • Assess existing the Microsoft security suite and identify weaknesses / strengths for the existing products (CrowdStrike, Endpoint, Defender)
  • Perform capability assessments of a range of MS Security products
  • Produce and update end-to-end solution designs to meet business requirements
  • Deliver security architecture design documents aligning with function and non-function business needs
  • Manage and provide solutions to technical risks
  • Present and advise stakeholders as the cybersecurity SME.
