We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented EV Site Manager to lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role involves site supervision, stakeholder coordination, safety management, and quality assurance across multiple construction projects. It is essential that the candidate is open to extensive nationwide travel and is fully prepared to stay away from home as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage on-site activities, subcontractors, suppliers, and site operatives to meet project goals.
- Enforce health and safety compliance through regular site inspections and training.
- Oversee quality control, conducting regular checks and addressing issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate site records including daily logs, incident reports, and progress updates.
- Liaise with senior management and proactively resolve on-site challenges.
- Plan, monitor and manage resource allocation effectively.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager within EV projects/construction.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organisational skills.
- SMSTS qualification and valid UK Driving Licence.
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
- EUSR SHEA Power or valid CSCS Card.
Desirable:
- Qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- UKPIA forecourt experience.
- Emergency First Aid at Work certification.
