IT Manager - c£60k + bonus + benefits - Hybrid - Ferndown

We’re looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead the transformation of our client's IT infrastructure and drive innovation across their multiple, retail sites. This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on modernising systems, delivering digital innovation, and supporting business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee IT operations, ensuring continuity and security across all systems and networks.

• Lead infrastructure upgrades, cloud migration, and the transition to outsourced service desk support.

• Deliver advanced 2nd/3rd line support and manage key applications (EPOS, ERP, CRM, workforce systems).

• Drive the implementation of digital tools like mobile ordering, loyalty platforms, and AI-powered chatbots.

• Manage cross-functional transformation projects, ensuring strong adoption and measurable business impact.

• Provide technical leadership, ensuring alignment between IT strategy and business goals.
