D365 CE Functional Consultant

We're looking for a skilled D365 CE Functional Consultant to join a forward-thinking financial services end-user. In this role, you'll play a key part in enhancing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics and related applications across the business. You'll work closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure systems are optimised, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics (including entities, fields, workflows, forms, and process flows)

• Collaborate with users to capture and document business requirements

• Create and execute test plans to validate functionality

• Support business teams with day-to-day Dynamics-related queries and enhancements

• Manage integrations with tools like Experlogix and ClickDimensions

• Coordinate with external solution providers for updates, fixes, and feature improvements

• Contribute to tech strategy by identifying opportunities for innovation

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE

• Strong understanding of Power Platform, SQL, SharePoint, and Office 365

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
