A UK Commercial Property Investment company is looking for an additional Investment Analyst to join its team in Manchester.
- The successful candidate will assist with real estate acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio performance monitoring, utilising data science to inform investment and asset management decisions. Key responsibilities include:Developing and maintaining financial models to assess portfolio performance (both income and capital returns).
- Understanding the core drivers of a real estate portfolio and translating these into models to support effective investment decisions.
- Acting as a liaison between the Finance and Property teams to maximise shareholder returns and ensure long-term decision-making.
- Reporting on investment performance and identifying areas where assets have over- or under-performed against expectations.
- Assisting in creating new metrics to enhance business performance monitoring on income and capital levels.
- Candidates should also demonstrate strong numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- A driven and ambitious attitude.
- Proficiency in FP&A tools, Management Information software, and MS Excel.
- The ability to influence colleagues across all levels.
- Confidence in presenting and explaining complex information to senior management and board members.
