This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-office firm based in West Sussex who have an excellent reputation spanning over 30 years. They are now looking for a further Private Client Lawyer, either Solicitor or Legal Executive to join them.

Our client is looking for an experienced Trusts and Probate Solicitor to join their dedicated team of 14. The role involves managing a range of probate and estate administration matters, from straightforward estates to complex taxable ones. You will also handle intestate estates, requiring a solid understanding of intestacy rules, and demonstrate strong knowledge of trusts, including their taxation and use in both wills and lifetime planning. Experience in administering life interest and discretionary trusts, including their setup and potential termination, is essential.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ PQE and STEP membership, while not essential it will be considered a strong advantage. You should be a flexible, self-sufficient team player, confident in managing a varied client base that includes older individuals and high-net-worth clients. Strong IT skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment are key.
