At Mammafiore, we are looking for a Sales Representative to join our passionate food & wine lovers’ team!
The Sales Representative will drive sales activities through handling customer inquiries, promoting and selling Italian food products, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships. Additionally, the Sales Representative will collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
The Role
You will have the following responsibilities:
Management, control and strengthening of assigned client portfolio.
Acquisition of new clients.
Follow-up of indicators and sales strategy defined by the commercial management.
Follow-up of customer collections (along with the collections department).
Management of orders and resolution of customer incidents.
Prepare sales reports/metrics for sales managers.
Participate in fairs and events representing Mammafiore, upon request.
Profile:
Sales techniques and customer service skills.
Knowledge of the food industry or experience in food sales
Languages: Italian and English
Studies in business administration, marketing, commercial management or similar is a plus.
MS office (Excel, PPT) – User level
CRM sales – User level (desirable)
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Experience in identifying and developing new business opportunities
Ability to work independently and remotely
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Work location: Based in London. Remote, with constant visits to customers.
