A London Housebuilder with a reputation for delivering large scale complicated and notoriously difficult City schemes urgently requires a Senior Land Manager to identify and secure large schemes as a JV or unconditionally to maximise value. Sites will be from 300 units – 2000 units and can be acquired in a number of ways to ensure this London Housebuilder gets the deal. The board is able to act very quickly if the deal is right, and the company has the cash available to buy regardless of price. Areas of operation include London, Greater London, East London and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate will be from a developer or Housebuilder that is used to buying large sites as a team effort and will ideally have at least 5 years post-graduate experience. The candidate should be a pro-active worker with a keen eye for a deal.
