What will this role include?

  • Identify and target potential clients to increase programmatic spend.
  • Build and manage relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Work with the team to identify opportunities for data upselling.
  • Manage client campaign portfolios and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Optimise programmatic campaigns to meet client KPIs and drive results.
  • Troubleshoot any delivery or performance issues at a foundational level.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to create media plans and respond to briefs with a programmatic-first approach.
  • Provide ongoing performance insights and tactical recommendations, along with strategic guidance for future campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Hands-on experience in the end-to-end execution of programmatic advertising (planning, optimisation, management, and reporting).
  • A solid understanding of the programmatic landscape, including PMP & PG, Ad Tech, DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs.
  • A commercial mindset, with a passion for building client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
  • The ability to handle challenges and maintain strong relationships under pressure.
  • Existing contacts at key agency groups.
