If you live locally to the Preston (PR) or Blackpool (FY) postcode areas, hold a minimum of AssocRICS status and have a minimum of one year of post-qualified experience, then please send your CV for consideration.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of a year post-RICS qualification
  • Member of AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS
  • VRS registered
  • Technical Residential Surveying experience
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Confident user of MS Office
