My highly reputable client is seeking a commercial property solicitor to join their team. Title: Commercial Property Solicitor Salary: £45,000+ DOE Contract: Full-time, Permanent Location: North London Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Solicitor: Preparing leases, sub-leases, lease extensions and renewals, surrenders, licences, notices, and other landlord and tenant documentation. Advising on the acquisition and disposal of land and property, including drafting contracts, lock-out agreements, options, and conditional contracts. Advising on refinancing and loan documentation, and sales and leasebacks of commercial property. Assisting the renewable energy team in connection with large-scale solar schemes, wind farms, and battery storage facilities. Advising clients on the wider implications of any transactions or advice. Supporting senior members of the team in their caseloads. Keeping up to date with developments in Commercial Property law. Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Commercial Property Solicitor: At least 1 year of experience in Commercial Property law. Proven ability to manage a mixed caseload.
