Responsibilities:

- Coordinating guest arrivals – keys ready, property prepped, smooth transport arranged
- Greeting guests and ensuring a warm, professional welcome
- Organising bespoke itineraries, restaurant bookings, and appointments
- Overseeing renovations, maintenance, and managing contractors
- Opening and closing properties, managing deliveries and inventories
- Handling daily errands – household purchases, car maintenance, and more

Candidate:
