We are looking for an Activities Organiser who will support the Engagement Lead to enhance the residents\β quality of life through a lifestyle programme and framework that stimulates meaningful engagement and will positively impact wellbeing in the home.
Rate of Pay Β£12.35 to Β£12.50
Contract Type Part time

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to Support the Engagement Lead in developing an engaging and meaningful activity programme. Promote a whole team approach to Engagement and Wellbeing; planning within the B&M activity framework. Work with the Engagement Lead to plan activities for any hours on duty as Activity Organiser; ensuring there are suitable resources and the environment is appropriate. Consult with the Engagement Lead on any plans and in particular to request any additional resources that may be required. Provide support and companionship during activities. Identify any special interest/s that each resident may have and plan activities to support this.
Essential Skills, Characteristics and Experience: To hold a full UK Driving Licence
